Refund Policy

At La Bella Laser Aesthetics, we are committed to providing our clients with high-quality  procedures and exceptional customer service. We understand that occasionally, circumstances may arise that require a refund or cancellation of services. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions governing refunds for medical spa procedures.

1. Refund Eligibility:

    a. No refunds will be issued for services that have been partially or fully completed.

    b. We do not provide refunds for gift cards, retail products, or any non-procedural items.

    c. No refunds for deposits paid by the customer for services.

    d. The decision to issue a refund is at the sole discretion of La Bella Laser Aesthetics.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

    a.We understand that unexpected events can sometimes affect your ability to attend a scheduled 

appointment. In such cases, please provide at least a day's notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

    b. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than the required notice may result in a forfeit of the service, and no refund will be issued.

 

3. Refunds for Unsatisfactory Procedures:

    a. If you are dissatisfied with the results of a procedure, please contact us immediately to discuss your concerns.

 

4. Refund Processing:

    a. Refunds, when approved, will be processed within 5 business days to the original payment method used for the purchase.

    b. We do not issue cash refunds. Refunds will be made through the same payment method used for the original transaction.

 

5. Gift Cards:

    a. Gift cards are non-refundable, and their value cannot be redeemed for cash.

 

6. Consultation Fees:

    a. Consultation fees are non-refundable, as they cover the time and expertise of our medical professionals.

 

7. Refund Request Procedure:

    a. To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at labellabeautyllc@gmail.com.

    b. Provide details of your purchase with valid supporting documents, including your name, contact information, and the reason for your refund request.

 

8. Additional Notes:

    a.  La Bella Laser Aesthetics reserves the right to update or revise this refund policy without prior notice.
